End of the Year Banquet

Another year has come and gone.... with our Annual End of the Year Banquet!  You are invited to join us on Wednesday May 6th at Ironwood Cafe in Westlake. Heavy appetizers will be provided.

If you have volunteered at any of our events this year (such as Kids Closet, Big Trucks, Children's Parties, etc.) your name will be entered into a drawing to win a prize. You must be present at the banquet to win.

Please register by FRIDAY May 1st so we can get an accurate headcount.

We will not be transitioning old and new board members at this event. We will take care of that business at the board meeting scheduled for Monday, May 18th.

 *Please note that there is a CASH BAR for all beverages.
